Bingo on the beach, every month

One night a month the island turns out for Bingo: three rounds of prizes, food, a bar, a kids zone, and a crowd of regulars. It is our biggest fundraiser and our best classroom — students work it alongside our team and share in the tips.

What a night looks like

Doors at six, first round around seven. Three rounds with prizes between them, food and drinks throughout, and a kids zone so the whole family can come. This month we're at the Beach Club with local friends who run the restaurant and bar — kitchen, bar and restrooms on site, while we bring the tables, lights and decor. Bring cash for cards and the bar, and message Ray if you want a table held.

Where it goes

Sponsors cover the prize pool, so ticket revenue goes to the programs rather than back out as winnings. What we clear funds youth skills training, animal care, and the Crown Land beach site.

ECO Bingo #2

The second monthly Bingo, built directly on the launch. A smoother night, a bigger crowd, and the beginnings of a regular Saturday-night following.

TCSPCA free animal clinic — Grand Turk Museum

ECO backed the TCSPCA's free clinic with a contribution from the May 2 event toward field work and outreach, plus volunteer hands at intake and care. A small but real expansion of animal services on an island with no resident vet. Visit TCSPCA

H.J. Robinson High School Career Day

An interactive booth introducing students to careers in real estate, accounting, financial systems, community development, and modern technology tools — a direct line from career exposure into the skills programs ECO runs.

May 2, 2026

ECO Community Event — the launch

A full-day celebration on Duke Street Beach that started the whole model: sunshine, a kids zone, food from local vendors, a busy bar, and an evening of bingo under a full moon. Proceeds went into the youth skills and animal care programs that have run every month since.

Coming up

What's next after August

ECO Community Auction — date to be announced

A dedicated fundraising event for youth skills training and animal care. Artwork, lots, and bidding details go up as soon as the date locks — this will be one of the biggest contributions to ECO's 2026 season.

Saturday programs & partnerships

Structured Saturday programs, partnership events, and seasonal activities are in development. The monthly Bingo continues either way — it's the backbone of the calendar.

For students

Work an ECO event

If you're in high school or recently finished, come work with us.

You'll help plan the night, set up, run a station, handle customers and cash, and break it all down at the end. It is real work with real responsibility — the kind that goes on a CV and gives you something specific to say in an interview.

Student participants share in the pooled tips, so you earn while you learn. No experience needed; show up willing.

What you'll actually learn

  • Event planning and setup logistics
  • Customer service under pressure
  • Cash handling and end-of-night reconciliation
  • Running your own station as a micro-business
  • Working as a team when the night gets busy

Can't make the night?

A donation does the same work a ticket does — it funds the training, the animal care, and the ground we're building on.
