About ECO Events

ECO Events bring the community together to support youth skills, animal care, and hands-on learning across Grand Turk. Each event doubles as a real-world training space where students learn planning, operations, customer service, and entrepreneurship by doing the work themselves.

These experiences build confidence, create pathways to opportunity, and strengthen the island through practical, community-rooted education. Event revenue directly supports these programs and contributes to ECO's sustainability model.

Cash and asset donors are recognized on our Funding Page, and ECO Steward Partners receive quarterly financial reports to ensure transparency and long-term stability.

Youth Participation

High-school students and recent graduates are encouraged to join ECO events. They offer hands-on experience in planning, operations, customer service, and community engagement — real skills built in real time while supporting a meaningful community mission.

Student participants share in pooled tips, creating an opportunity to earn some cash while learning business skills and contributing to the event.
